Topic:  If you love chiles this is the class for you.  A festive holiday menu using chiles in all its forms and from appetizer to dessert.  Just what you needed to spice things up in the kitchen.

Menu: Pan seared shrimp with pickled habanero-apple salsa, Cream of chipotle and pecan, Tepin chile and orange glazed duck breast with roasted chard, Chocolate layered cake with Ancho ganache.
